ISI HOME GOODS GIVEAWAY
FOR NEW INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS/SCHOLARS AND THEIR FAMILIES
In Person Once Again - Date and Time Is Listed on the Home Page
Once a year in the fall we have our big ISI Giveaway for new students. The items are free to international students/scholars. There are some new items and others are used items. We want to welcome you to Kansas City and assist you in getting settled in your apartment in Kansas City. During other times when we don't have the Giveaway we still try to help new students find furniture and items needed for their apartments. So let us know if you are new and need some help with this.
Some of the items we may have are:
Furniture - Desks, tables, chairs, small side tables, bookshelves
Lamps & desk lamps
Microwaves
Vacuum cleaners
Rice cookers
Coffee makers
Bicycles - sometimes
The date of the upcoming Giveaway is on our Home Page. The Giveaway Registration will be posted there a few days before the event - you will want to register as soon as the registration link goes up. We will have a Lucky Draw for all those that register early by 10pm the day before. We will have new items like lamps, microwaves, rice cookers, gift cards and more as prizes. You will still need to register after this point though to attend the Giveaway. You may arrive that day at the start time given and register if you are unable to before then.
